# How to use numpy covariance result to get a correction factor and make my second signal to exactly overlap on my first signal?

This number shows how different my signal 2 (y2_interp) is from signal 1 (y1_interp). From this number I want to get a correction factor. By doing a mathematical operation of y2_interp with the correction factor, I need to make y2_interp to exactly overlap on y1_interp.

My questions:

1. How to get the correction factor?
2. What mathematical operation should I do with that and y2_interp in order to get y1_interp?
