I am reconstructing images using compressed sensing.

The images are used from sipi database.

One particular image, named Female Bell Lab, which is giving better result with high PSNR around 42 dB and good Structural Similarity estimate.

But the "Spatial Cross Correlation"(SCC) estimate is low around 0.33. Why is this happening? I have tested SCC for same image as ground truth and target image, and I am getting 1.0 for that. So, why is it not high for reconstructed image?
