Sensor signal depends on environmental factors such as temperature, relative humidity. Temperature compensation is relatively straightforward. But I am not entirely sure how to model the effect of relative humidity changes. I performed experiments to study this effect and here are some results from the test:

It looks like there is a spike in the sensor reading when I increase the relative humidity and it stabilizes after a bit. There doesn't seem to be any "memory" due to to increased humidity.
