Consider we know that our medium is dispersive and we are transmitting/expecting a signal around 10kHz at receiver, as we do not get only 10 kHz, the input has a sligh spread as well. Due to dispersive medium the 10kHz frequicies has a small spread. The question: Is there filter a which can undo the spread, in other words transfer the energy in bands close to 10 kHz to 10 kHz?

Any suggesetion help would be appreciated.
