I need to implement the WTST-NST filter (wavelet transform based stationary non-stationary filter) to denoise some sound files (preferably in Python).

I am from a Mechanical Engineering background with little to no exposure to signal processing and to python as well. Although from whatever I've learnt, there are standard libraries/modules in python which I can use. I am just not aware if WTST-NST is a common enough filter to be available as a standard piece of code in python which I can readily use.

I did some search online to see if WTST-NST filter is readily available in python, but I didn't find it. Do I rule out the possibility of finding the filter readily available and code the algorithm myself, or am I missing anything here in terms of the right technique to search for this filter in Python?
