I need a matlab codes to resolve this...

  1. Matlab code for spectral analysis to determine the most relevant range of frequencies.

  2. Matlab code for spectral shift so the low frequency tones are more easily audible. The idea is to raise the frequencies. (be careful to consider if an antialiasing filter is needed when you shift the frequencies.
