I am looking for a tutorial-style/survey/monograph mathematics/applied mathematics journal concerning signal processing or at least publishes such papers. I have googled but I could not find a nice one. Do you know anyone?

$\begingroup$ It is very hard to consider an answer as accepted in these kind of questions. Perhaps you could clarify the question a little bit by adding some more information about what you are trying to do, how you are planning to do it, what would you consider "nice" (?). Then it would at least be a little bit easier to evaluate a match to your question. $\endgroup$ – A_A Nov 22 '17 at 8:37
  • $\begingroup$ Thanks @A_A. I mean "nice" as a high impact journal. You can write as much as journal which fits those conditions. Thanks. $\endgroup$ – Amin Nov 22 '17 at 8:50
  • $\begingroup$ nowpublishers.com/SIG in length tutorials with strong mathematical style. Only problem, paywall $\endgroup$ – Stanley Pawlukiewicz Nov 22 '17 at 20:02
