I'm in the process of developing DSP library for our systems. I have developed "Windowing" functions (Hanning, Hamming, Blackman-Harris, ...). Each of these windowing function has his own "Processing Loss" factor. For instance, in case of Hamming window, I have found that such Processing Loss factor is 1.34. How should I take this factor into account when computing SNR, SINAD, SFDR, THD ?

Some of the window performance metrics associated with the DFT are covered in great detail in:

Not all the metrics you ask for are covered, but there are several which you haven't identified that are discussed. Perhaps if you said more about who might be interested in using your library, more specific suggestions are likely to be offered.
