I am doing an NMR experiment by applying an rf signal to a sample which is mounted near a magnet and in the end I get an FID (free induction decay) and do Fourier Transform to this FID . So we have a signal which is a convolution of 3 things! An excitation RF pulse , a signal from the magnet and the noise which is absolutely low. I need to deconv this signal into its components to get the pure signal from the magnet and plot it! So get red the rf pulse and the noise! I wonder whether this is possible or not! Any help would be appreciated!
