Yeah, it's for educational purposes only, no matter the inefficient, I tried also working with scipy.signal.resample and it worked great @Keegs

Ok, so are you trying to do this as some sort of experiment or assignment? Because if all you want is a shortcut to something that does this for you, you can use scipy.signal.upfirdn docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/…
