I guess One uses rectangular filter because sub-carrier frequencies will be at the notch frequency of the rectangular filter and hence it will make each subcarrier is mutually orthogonal to each other. Am I correct? Another question is that I see articles claiming that the matched filter can be used as a demodulator indeed. Why would you say that the matched filter cannot be used as a demoduator? | |
